The process begins with nine experienced surgeons who work closely with physician assistants with certification in orthopaedics. The team expands to include anesthesiologists who collaborate with the surgeon and patient on the most effective form of anesthesia during surgery, as well as state-of-the-art pain management after surgery; a dedicated nursing staff who focus exclusively on caring for orthopaedic patients following surgery, and rehab specialists who focus on successful recoveries.
